CJ brings over 22 years of experience in land development throughout Arizona and Northern California. CJ has worked with NASA, DOD, US Army Corps of Engineers, Hewlett Packard, Stanford University, Stanford Hospitals, Lucile Packard Children Hospital, The City of Palo Alto, Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, Maricopa Water District and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This expertise includes feasibility research, environment impact reports, site planning, preparation of construction documents (grading, sewer, water, and paving plans) and supervision of the preparation of erosion control plans to meet Storm Water Pollution Prevention requirements from the EPA.
